Intuition Stronger

Do you have people in your life that always seem to know what is going on? They know when something good or even something bad is in the works? They even seem to know when to start a new project.

Do you feel that you have ever had these same feelings? Do you feel something and then not go through with it only to find that you made a big mistake by not embracing it? You hear something inside of you telling you, “I told you that you needed to do that!” It seems gentle but it also seems very firm. This voice is your intuition.

Everyone has intuition but not everyone is able to hear from it well and to act on it.

Intuition

Intuition is a gut feeling. This is something that gives you power to know when something is going to happen without having a reason to really know it.

Intuition is something that allows your subconscious mind to operate. When your intuition doesn’t always make sense to you, it is a conditional way that the conscious mind is working.

Intuition gives you the chance to know something from your subconscious mind. This is also called a gut feeling or instinct.

Do You Trust Your Intuition?

Intuition normally is something you can trust. You might even have all of the answers before the question is even asked.

If you learn to trust your inner voice, you will see that you are trusting your logical thinking. Some people have found that intuition is very powerful and that it allows you to use your instincts to pick paths in your life. Some believe it is right at least 90% of the time.

Another reason to trust your intuition is that your brain is able to take all of the information that it has and break it down so that you can make a good decision. This is where your intuition helps you to know and understand things.

People who use their intuition are often people that will take more risks, and this can pay off in your life.

Ways to Develop Your Intuition

Everyone has intuition but not everyone develops it. The more you listen to it and work on it, the more you can build it. You can be active in increasing your intuition.

Past Life

Look at things in your past. Do you wish that you could do these things over again? Maybe you reacted or did something that you now regret.

Pay attention to these things and keep track of the time that you chose not to listen to your intuition. Did things turn out bad for you? This can help you to know if you should trust yourself or not.

Questions

Always ask yourself questions that come to your mind. These thoughts will come in so that you can figure out what to do next.

For example, when you look at a menu, what items stand out to you? Try these things and you might be surprised at how delicious they are.

Ask questions in every situation and then allow yourself to answer the question and then act on it.

How Does Your Intuition Communicate with You?

Not everyone has a strong communication with their intuition. Some people have a gut feeling while others feel that they have an inner knowing that they can’t explain. Some even have dreams.

Pay attention to how your intuition works for you and when it is stronger inside of you.

Relax and Be Quiet

Take time to relax and listen to your mind and your body. When you have something going on that causes you fear or stress, you need to allow your mind to calm down and ask yourself questions.

A loud mind can cause you to miss out on your intuition and to not hear it. Take time each day to mediate and calm your mind. This can allow your intuition to work for you.

Journaling

Write down anything that comes to your intuition. When you follow your intuition and it is a good thing, write it down. Pay attention to what happens when you know something and how your body reacts.

Doing these things can help you to see that you can trust yourself and your intuition.

Playing Games

Find games that you can play such as guessing games that can help to improve your intuition. Guess who is calling when the phone rings or guess what your friend at work will be wearing that day. The more you trust what you are saying, the stronger your intuition will be.

Your intuition is there to help you and to change your life. Pay attention and trust your intuition and see how it helps you. You will never know unless you give it a try.
